বাংলা চলচ্চিত্রের কিংবদন্তি অভিনেতা নায়করাজ রাজ্জাক। গত ২১ আগস্ট সবাইকে কাঁদিয়ে না ফেরার দেশে চলে যান তিনি। আজ শনিবার বিএফডিসিতে তার স্মরণে শোকসভা ও মিলাদ মাহফিলের আয়োজন করে বাংলাদেশ চলচ্চিত্র পরিবার।

সকাল ১১টায় সদ্য প্রয়াত নায়করাজ রাজ্জাককে নিয়ে শোকসভার আয়োজন করা হয়। এতে উপস্থিত ছিলেন নায়করাজের বড় ছেলে চিত্রনায়ক বাপ্পারাজ। এ সময় তিনি বলেন, ‘আর এফডিসিতে আসবো না যদি আপনারা সকল নিষেধাজ্ঞা, মামলা তুলে না নেন। হয়তো এটাই হবে আপনাদের সঙ্গে শেষ দেখা। আমিও হয় তো ভুল করে অনেক কথা বলেছি। আমাকে ক্ষমা করে দেবেন। আমি ভুল করেছি এজন্য নোটিশ পাঠানোর দরকার নেই, শাকিব ভুল করেছে এজন্য বয়কট করার দরকার কী? শাকিবকে ডাকলে শাকিব আসবে না কেন?’

শোকসভায় চলচ্চিত্রাঙ্গনের গুণী ব্যক্তিবর্গসহ চলচ্চিত্রসংশ্লিষ্টরা উপস্থিত ছিলেন। শোকসভা ছাড়াও দিনব্যাপী নায়করাজকে নিয়ে নানা কর্মসূচির আয়োজন করা হয়েছে।

গত সোমবার সন্ধ্যা ৬টা ১৩ মিনিটে রাজধানীর ইউনাইটেড হাসপাতালে ইন্তেকাল করেন বাংলা চলচ্চিত্রের এ কিংবদন্তি অভিনেতা।

দুই দফা জানাজা শেষে বুধবার সকাল সাড়ে ১০টার দিকে বনানী কবরস্থানে তাকে দাফন করা হয়।নায়করাজ রাজ্জাকের জন্ম ১৯৪২ সালে কলকাতায়। ১৯৬৪ সালে ঢাকায় আসেন তিনি। এরপর জড়িয়ে পড়েন চলচ্চিত্রের সঙ্গে। প্রথমে দু’একটা সিনেমায় ছোটখাটো চরিত্রে অভিনয় করার পর ৬৭ সালে মুক্তি পায় নায়ক হিসেবে তার প্রথম চলচ্চিত্র ‘বেহুলা’। সেই থেকে জীবনের শেষ দিন পর্যন্ত তার জনপ্রিয়তায় এতটুকুও ভাটা পড়েনি কখনো।

নায়ক রাজ্জাক অভিনীত উল্লেখযোগ্য সিনেমার মধ্যে রয়েছে- অবুঝ মন, ময়নামতি, অশিক্ষিত, ঝড়ের পাখি, রংবাজ, বদনাম, আলোর মিছিল, অবাক পৃথিবী, দুই পয়সার আলতা ইত্যাদি।

কোথায় যাচ্ছে বাংলাদেশ চলচ্চিত্র : জাজ মাল্টিমিডিয়া

বর্তমানে সর্ব কালের সবচেয়ে বাজে সময় যাচ্ছে চলচ্চিত্রের । গত ঈদের সময় আন্দোলন এবং মধুমিতা সিনেমা হল মালিক ও সেন্সর বোর্ড সদস্য নওশাদ সাহেবের উপর হামলা, সব কিছু মিলেই এখন বাহিরের চলচ্চিত্র লগ্নি কারকরা সিনেমা মুখি হচ্ছে না, আর্থিক ও সামাজিক নিরাপত্তার অভাবে । আর পুরাতন কোন প্রযোজক তো সিনেমা বানায় না ।

এর ফলশ্রুতিতে, নতুন কোন নতুন সিনেমা হচ্ছে না এমনকি পুরাতন যে সিনেমার শুটিং শুরু হয়েছিল তা আর বেশীর ভাগই হচ্ছে না ।

পরিপিক্ষিতে, চলচ্চিত্র (content) সঙ্কটে পরতে যাচ্ছে, বাংলাদেশের বন্ধ প্রায় হল গুলি । ভালো বড় সিনেমাতো দুরের কথা, করিমন সরিমন টাইপ সিনেমা ও থাকবে না আগামী জানুয়ারি থেকে । তাহলে হলে কি চলবে ? হল গুলি বাঁচবে কি দিয়ে ?

বাংলাদেশে সিনেমা মুক্তির দুইটি চ্যানেল আছে । এর জন্য বছরে দরকার ৮৮টি সিনেমা । হলকে বাঁচিয়ে রাখতে হলে কমপক্ষে ৬০টি সিনেমা দরকার বছরে । কিন্তু আগামী জানুয়ারি থেকে কোন সিনেমাই থাকবে না । আর আগামী জানুয়ারি থেকে ঈদ পর্যন্ত ৩-৪টি সিনেমা হবে হয়তো ।

তাহলে, কি হবে ? ডিসেম্বার থেকে হল বন্ধ হওয়া শুরু হবে । আর আগামী ঈদ এর আগেই অনেক হল বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে । আর আগেও বলেছি, যদি আর মাত্র ৫০টি হল বন্ধ হয়ে যায়, তাহলে আর বাংলাদেশে কারও পক্ষে সিনেমা বানানো সম্ভব নয় ।

বাংলাদেশ চলচ্চিত্রের অশনি সংকেত অতি সন্নিকটে । আর মাত্র কিছু দিন ।
